1. Entertainment purposes only

DMR Picks provides data-driven horse racing analysis, model scores, and betting strategy suggestions strictly for entertainment and informational purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee of wagering profits, financial advice, or investment recommendations of any kind.

Past model performance — including hit rates, ROI figures, and session results — is presented for transparency and informational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All historical figures represent hypothetical model outcomes, not actual wagering results.

2. You assume all financial risk

All wagering decisions are solely your own. By using DMR Picks you acknowledge and agree that:

• You alone are responsible for any wagering decisions you make
• You assume all financial risk associated with any wagers placed
• DMR Picks bears no liability for any losses incurred from wagering activity
• No refunds will be issued based on model performance or wagering outcomes
• Model scores and betting strategy suggestions are starting points for your own analysis, not instructions to wager

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use this service. By using DMR Picks you represent that you are legally permitted to participate in pari-mutuel wagering in your location. DMR Picks does not facilitate wagering — we provide analysis only. Actual wagering must be conducted through licensed pari-mutuel operators in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscription and payments

DMR Picks Pro subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe. You are purchasing access to the analysis platform, not guaranteed wagering profits. No refunds will be issued based on model performance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Contact us at support@dmrpicks.com for billing questions.

5. Intellectual property

The DMR Picks scoring model, bias detection system, methodology, and all content on this site are proprietary. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell picks, scores, or analysis without express written permission. Sharing Pro account access is prohibited.

6. No warranties

DMR Picks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and analysis will be accurate. Track conditions, late scratches, stewards decisions, and other factors outside our control may affect outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMR Picks and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any wagering decisions made in reliance on our analysis. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the twelve months prior to any claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
