Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
1. Who we are
DMR Picks is a horse racing analytics service operated from Temecula, California. We provide data-driven picks, model scores, and betting strategy analysis for entertainment purposes. You can reach us at support@dmrpicks.com.
2. What data we collect

3. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the DMR Picks service
- To process your Pro subscription via Stripe
- To send transactional email (purchase confirmation, account notices) via Resend
- To analyze how the product is used and improve it (GA4, Clarity)
- To contact waitlist members when new features or subscription tiers launch
- We do not use your data to train AI models — race PDF content sent to the Anthropic API for parsing is processed per Anthropic's privacy policy

5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics and to keep you logged in. Specifically:
- Essential cookies — Supabase auth tokens to keep you signed in. Required for the service to function.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to measure traffic and usage patterns. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
- Session recording — Microsoft Clarity collects anonymized session recordings. No personally identifiable information is captured in recordings. You can opt out at clarity.microsoft.com/optout.
6. Your rights (CCPA / GDPR)
Depending on your location you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to know — request a summary of what personal data we hold about you
- Right to delete — request deletion of your account and associated personal data
- Right to opt out — opt out of analytics tracking (see Section 5 above)
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Right to portability — request a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights email us at support@dmrpicks.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days. Note that deleting your account removes your email and login — race result data you have entered may be retained as part of the anonymized model dataset.
7. Data we do not sell
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. The third-party services listed in Section 4 receive only the data necessary to perform their specific function.
8. Data security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies enforced. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card numbers or banking information. Access to the admin entry tool requires authentication. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
9. Children's privacy
DMR Picks is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
